How To Search The Local MLS |
| We can allow you access to the Multi-list Service (MLS) of the Downriver Association of Realtors. This is a consumer version of the same database your local Realtor uses to find properties for sale right now. There's between 2000 and 3000 Downriver area properties for sale at any given time.

| Why do we do this? Well, if you can conveniently and privately search for properties
whenever you want, you might eventually contact us about actually looking at
property. There's nothing more to it.

| Getting access is simple and takes about 1 minute. We'll be asking for an
active email address so we can immediately send you a name and password for
access.
